This Privacy Policy explains how IntelMS ("IntelMS," "we," "us"), operated by Pfitztech Contracting Ltd., collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit intelmsagent.com (the "Site") or use the IntelMS construction project intelligence service (the "Service"). By using the Site or Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact / demo requests: name, company, work email, operation type and any message you submit through our forms.
- Account & billing: when you subscribe, your payment is processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited billing details (name, email, plan, last 4 digits, billing status) but we do not store full card numbers.
- Project content you upload: drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, contracts and related documents you send us so the Service can answer questions about them.
- Support messages: questions you send to our support chat or by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & analytics: pages viewed, clicks, referrer, device/browser, and approximate location, via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (which may record session interactions and heatmaps).
- Advertising: Google Ads conversion and remarketing signals when you arrive from or interact with our ads.
- Cookies & similar technologies: used for analytics, advertising measurement and to remember preferences. You can control cookies through your browser.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service — categorize, index and answer questions about your project documents, and deliver cited drafts.
- To respond to demo requests, support questions and account communications.
- To process subscriptions, billing and renewals.
- To measure and improve the Site, the Service and our advertising.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with law.
3. How AI processing works
The Service uses trusted third-party AI/large-language-model providers to read your documents and generate grounded, cited answers. Your content is sent to these providers only to produce answers for you. We do not permit your project content to be used to train third-party public models, and each customer's documents are processed in isolation (see Section 5).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers ("subprocessors") who help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety and property, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
5. Data isolation & security
Each customer's project documents are isolated from every other customer's by design — the Service cannot reference or infer facts from another customer's project. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, isolated per-tenant storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account content; we will delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under Canada's PIPEDA and, where applicable, the GDPR/CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
9. Children
The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date here and, for material changes, take additional steps as required by law.
